General terms of sale for the VIP Internet Services Website (October 2005)

| 1. |
Any order given by the buyer implies knowledge and acceptation of our terms of sale and our current rates. |
| 2. |
To appear on our VIP Services website, the order and the graphic components must be delivered to us at least 3 days prior to posting on the Internet. |
| 3. |
A down-payment of 50% must accompany the order. |
| 4. |
The legal conventions entered into by the parties are binding and cannot be legally invalidated without prior consent of both parties. In the event an order is cancelled, the down-payment will be forfeit. |

The remainder will be paid in full within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. |
| 6. |
The presence website abonment is for one year duration, date to date without automatic reconduction, and be under the respect of www.vipservices.ch. quality chart strict rules. |
7. |
Vipservices’s partner can cancel the subscription by sending a letter, one month before the expiration date of the subscription, to vipservices P.A.Dumont, Box 1066, 1211 Geneva 1 vipservices can cancel the subscription if the rules set down in the Quality Charter of www.vipservices.ch are not honoured by the partner. In this case, the subscription will not be renewed and any monies paid in advance by the partner will be forfeit. |

This contract is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute regarding the services provided or the interpretation of our terms of sale will be brought before the competent Geneva court. |
